Coffee Shop Supervisor Part Time
Job Description
As a Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the team and running the coffee shop along with the Manager and an other Supervisor in the week and weekend days whilst delivering exceptional customer service to be able to manage a wide range of people and ages to be able to support the team
Supervisor will need cooking skills for this post
Needs to have experience in food preparation and cooking to order
Supervisor in charge of all aspects of running a busy coffee shop in the Manager absence with an other Supervisor
Managing a team 10/12 on shift
Ordering and stock control
Dealing with customer complaints
Experience working under pressure
Must have at least 2years Experience in a similar role
Knowledge of a Barista coffee machine
Experience in a similar role is a must
Proven Tract Record
Over Time as and when required
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 13.27 per hour
Expected hours: 22 per week
