Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista server to join our Coffee shop in the heart of the Village.

The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista server you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our customers.

Duties

Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food safety protocols are followed during food preparation and serving. Maintain cleanliness of the cafe area, including equipment, counters, and seating areas. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders accurately and efficiently. Handle cash transactions and operate the till with basic math skills. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Demonstrate excellent time management skills to meet customer demands promptly.

Experience

Previous barista experience is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with food safety regulations is highly desirable. Experience in serving and food preparation is an advantage. Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Pay: 7.55-12.21 per hour
