Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met Serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards Assist with food preparation as needed, ensuring high-quality presentation Maintain cleanliness of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service areas Handle cash transactions and perform basic math calculations for payments Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and customer satisfaction Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed promptly during busy periods

Skills

Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations Previous barista experience is advantageous for those handling coffee and beverage preparation Proficiency in serving techniques to enhance the dining experience for guests Experience in food preparation is beneficial for assisting kitchen staff when required Strong basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a busy environment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 10.00-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
