Coffee Shop Staff - FULL TIME
13-14 per hour depending upon experience (flexible shifts/hours. The Coffee Shop is open 5am to 4pm. Monday to Saturday)
Company introduction:
Caffeine Co is an independent coffee shop business, with locations in Greenford & Sudbury Hill. We are looking for new members to join our friendly team, working in our fast paced and vibrant Sudbury Hill location. The roles are on a full time basis, and we very keen to interview candidates from from Assistant, to Manager level.
Experience of working in a coffee shop environment, along with strong customer facing skills are absolutely essential for the role.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional customer experience Prepare drinks, together with hot and cold foods Use till and perform cash handling Stock control & ordering Maintain high levels of health and hygiene
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in drinks & food preparation (in a coffee shop environment) Ability to have a degree of flexibility on work hours Proven skills in merchandising Experience of till work and cash handling Awareness of food & hygiene standards Passionate about customer service with the natural ability to warmly welcome & communicate effectively with customers Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour
