Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor to lead our team in delivering exceptional service and high-quality products. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a background in food and beverage operations. Duties

Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain quality standards Manage team members, including scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards across all areas Assist with food production tasks as needed, including barista duties and serving customers Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues promptly to uphold excellent service standards Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen and customer areas Lead by example in demonstrating hospitality excellence and fostering a positive team environment

Experience

Proven supervising experience within a food service or hospitality setting Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively Extensive restaurant or cafe experience, including food preparation and cooking skills Knowledge of food safety protocols and food production processes Experience in hospitality roles such as hotel or barista work is desirable Familiarity with serving in busy environments and managing high-volume customer flow Leadership qualities with excellent organisational and communication skills
