Since then, we've expanded to seven independent stores, serving the best donuts in South Wales, and we're on a mission to expand across the UK. Job Overview:

We're looking for a passionate and dedicated Coffee Shop Supervisor to join our team at our brand new Cardiff bay location. As a Coffee Shop Supervisor, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service, ensuring the store is always in top shape, and maintaining Whocult's high standards. This role involves supervising daily operations, making delicious coffee, serving customers, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the store. You will also have key-holding responsibilities, providing leadership and support to the team alongside the manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Make and serve high-quality coffee drinks with confidence and precision. Provide excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and friendly environment for customers. Ensure the store is kept clean, tidy, and well-organized to meet the company's high cleanliness standards. Handle key-holding responsibilities, including opening and closing the store. Work closely with the store manager to ensure the team is delivering top-tier service. Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are fresh and of the highest quality. Manage shifts effectively, especially during peak times Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily goals and provide the best possible experience for our customers.

Requirements:

Strong coffee-making skills and knowledge, with a passion for delivering quality drinks. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle various customer situations in a friendly and professional manner. Experience in a similar role or environment, preferably in a coffee shop or cafe. Ability to work well under pressure, especially during busy or seasonal periods. Key-holding experience is preferred, but not essential. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to maintain a clean and safe working environment. Available to work 5 days a week, including weekends, as the role requires weekend shifts.

Compensation:

12.80 per hour for over 21's. Work in a dynamic, growing company with plenty of opportunities for development.
