Job Description

Your role:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic individual to join our team. You will support Management in the day-to-day running of the cafe and leading the team. You will deliver excellent customer service, perform light paperwork including H&S, as well as promote the cafe to exceed targets. You will help to create a fun working environment whilst ensuring brand standards are upheld in the cafe. You must be comfortable being alone on shift and willing to learn how to use a bakery oven with light baking duties.

Skills and experience required:

Previous experience within a supervisory role is preferred, ideally within a cafe environment

Barista skills

Flexible and adaptable - ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Effective communicator - a positive and can-do attitude

Pay:

13.00 per hour
