We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Coffee Shop Supervisor (Senior)to lead our team and ensure the smooth operation of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and a background in food and beverage service. Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the coffee shop, ensuring efficient service and high standards of quality. Oversee food preparation and ensure adherence to food safety regulations. Manage team members, including scheduling, training, and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service. Assist with food production, cooking, and serving as needed to support the team during busy periods. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and customer areas in line with health and safety standards. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure availability of ingredients and supplies. Handle customer enquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Implement health and safety procedures, including food safety protocols, to uphold regulatory compliance. Support promotional activities and contribute to creating a positive working environment.

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant setting. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate staff effectively. Extensive knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and food safety standards. Experience in hospitality roles such as barista work, serving, or kitchen assistance is highly desirable. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently. Good communication skills with a friendly approach towards customers and team members. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel environments is advantageous. Leadership qualities with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving and decision-making. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.50-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
