Your Role in a nutshell:

Coffee & Food must be a PASSION Coaching and mentoring a team of Baristas Customer service must be a priority for this role! We want everyone to visit us for our service alongside our great coffee and delicious food offering Preparing and making amazing beverages Good old fashioned cleaning! Food Preparation Processing transactions on our till system Ensuring displays are fully stocked at all times . Ideally experience in quick service roles, and must be passionate about people, coffee and food. Leading a team of full time and part time staff Cash handling and reconciliation. Operations management and control, Assist in the induction and training of staff. Assist the store owner to develop new sales channels and enhance the store performance
Rota - We operate a 2 week rotating rota that provides Supervisors / Team leaders with every other weekend off. This particular role will require the following working pattern: Week 1 Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday. Total 35 hours Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday. Total 27 Hours - Average is 31 hours per week.

Pay: 13.10-13.50 per hour
