We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Barista to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a love for coffee and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring food safety, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the work area, adhering to food safety standards Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers, taking orders accurately, and addressing any inquiries or concerns Operate cash registers and handle transactions efficiently using basic math skills Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive work environment

Experience

Previous barista experience is essential Familiarity with food safety practices is advantageous Experience in serving or food preparation roles is beneficial Strong basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Excellent time management skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Working Environment:

Daytime working hours, Tues - Sat (Sun & Mon off), limited evenings on occasion, by arrangement.

Typical core hours working 9am-5pm. Part-time. Hours to be discussed.

Requirement to stand for extended periods.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-12.80 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week

Work Location: In person
