Kochi Cafe is a fresh, exciting brand starting our journey in Tunbridge Wells. We specialise in fluffy souffle pancakes, speciality matcha drinks, and exceptional coffee.

The Role

24.5 hours per week (no early morning shift)

12.90 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Develop and maintain excellent latte art skills Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. allergens, dietary preferences) and serve customers with a smile Deliver outstanding customer service and inspire your team Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hygiene at all times Oversee the maintenance of coffee equipment and report any issues Support with souffle pancake preparation Opening and closing duties

What We're Looking For

A friendly, customer-focused attitude and a willingness to help Confidence to share improvement ideas and experiment with new coffee beans Barista skills (1 year experience preferred) A team player who can take direction and also work independently Passion for coffee (especially speciality coffee) Positive attitude and flexibility with working hours
