We are seeking an experienced and skilled Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for our products. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality service delivery. It is essential that the candidate must have experience in Vending/Coffee Machine Engineering.

Duties

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner. Install and configure new equipment, ensuring all specifications are met. Maintain accurate records of service activities, including repairs, installations, and customer interactions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product performance and customer experience. Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use of equipment and software. Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance service delivery.

Experience

A relevant qualification in engineering or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in a service engineering role or similar position is essential. Strong technical skills with the ability to understand complex systems and machinery. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members. Familiarity with health and safety regulations within the engineering sector is advantageous.
