We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves identifying and qualifying potential business clients through targeted outreach, with a focus on expanding our client base within the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and preferably Spanish language proficiency. Experience with CRM software such as Salesforce and telemarketing techniques is highly desirable. Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to prospective clients Introduce services clearly and professionally Qualify leads and book appointments Record call outcomes accurately Meet call and lead generation targets Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies to identify new business opportunities in various industries Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with company offerings and client needs Maintain accurate records of all communications and follow-ups within the CRM system Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine lead generation tactics and improve conversion rates Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth

Qualifications



Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or lead generation roles Confident telephone manner Strong familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce or similar platforms Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is advantageous Good communication and organisation skills Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships Organised, self-motivated, and capable of working independently within a target-driven environment Prior experience in cold calling, email campaigns, or digital outreach strategies is preferred Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies relevant to lead generation activities

Pay: 15,800.00-30,000.00 per year
