BR Apparel and Sector Uniform are UK-based apparel companies specialising in

custom clothing, uniforms, and tech pack design

for brands, businesses, and organisations. We're growing fast and are looking for a driven, creative individual who can help us

boost online visibility, generate leads, and support sales growth

through smart digital marketing.

We're looking for a

Marketing & Lead Generation Executive

who can take charge of our online marketing -- from

SEO and social media

to

lead generation and content creation

. You'll work closely with the company director to drive inbound leads that can be converted into new clients and sales.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute

SEO strategies

to increase organic website traffic. Manage and grow our

social media channels

(Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging

content

(posts, reels, blogs, email campaigns) aligned with our brand voice. Run

paid advertising campaigns

(Meta Ads, Google Ads) to attract new B2B and B2C clients. Identify and nurture

sales leads

, ensuring qualified prospects are passed to the director for closing. Analyse performance metrics and report on campaign effectiveness. Stay updated with digital marketing trends and competitor activities.

What We're Looking For:



Proven experience in

SEO, social media management, or digital marketing

. Strong understanding of

lead generation funnels

and conversion optimisation. Experience with

Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or similar tools

. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A self-starter who can work independently and think creatively.

Preferred but not essential:



Experience within the

fashion, apparel, or uniform industry

. Knowledge of

email marketing automation

(Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Pay: 12.60-15.40 per hour
