We are seeking a proactive and articulate Caller to join our dynamic sales team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via telephone to promote our products and services, supporting our business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in English, and preferably Spanish, with a keen interest in B2B sales and telemarketing. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to support the sales process
Maintain accurate records of interactions within CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Follow up with potential clients as needed to nurture relationships and generate sales opportunities
Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective calling strategies
Provide exceptional customer service through clear, professional communication
Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions
Experience
Prior experience in B2B sales or telemarketing is desirable but not essential; training will be provided
Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is advantageous
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus
Excellent verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple calls efficiently
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment
