We are looking for a Campaign Manager & Copywriter with experience in cold email outreach to support our UK client campaigns. This role involves managing cold email sequences, writing personalised outreach messages, and ensuring campaigns run effectively.
This is a remote position with a flexible working pattern. The role is commission-based, with earnings paid per qualified lead generated. Actual earnings vary depending on the workload you take on and overall performance.
What You'll Do
Build and optimise cold email outreach campaigns Write short, personalised outreach messages Monitor replies, performance metrics, and deliverability Adjust campaigns to improve results Help clients generate consistent, high-quality leads
What You MUST Have
Hands-on experience using cold outreach platforms (Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, Overloop, PlusVibe, etc.) Strong written English High attention to detail Ability to manage multiple campaigns at once
Compensation
Commission-based -- paid per qualified lead generated.
Earnings depend on campaign performance and workload.
