What does it mean to be an Anchor Colleague Experience Manager?
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
Lead the full recruitment process, from advert design and candidate attraction to onboarding, ensuring reflection of our inclusive culture and values.
Capability & Compliance:
Develop and deliver apprenticeship, qualification, and capability-building programs that support colleague growth and compliance standards.
Strategic Partner:
Work closely with stakeholders to shape workforce planning and talent strategies through trusted advice and insights.
Continuous Improvement:
Champion change initiatives and encourage a culture of innovation and learning across your team and the wider organisation.
Data & Reporting:
Use data and analytics to measure performance, track skills development, and improve recruitment outcomes.
People Leadership:
Coach and support your team, fostering an inclusive, collaborative culture that embodies Anchors values.
Who are we looking for?
A Natural Communicator:
You connect with people at all levels, inspiring trust and influencing positive change.
Talent & Organisational Development:
You have proven experience in resourcing, capability building, and delivering exceptional colleague experiences.
Data Driven:
You use insights and evidence to shape your approach, turning them into impactful actions.
Collaborative Leader:
You enjoy working across teams and with external partners, leading with clarity and confidence.
Coaching Champion:
You're enthusiastic about developing others, ideally holding a Level 5 coaching qualification, and hold CIPD level 5 of equivalent experience in HR, L&D, OD, or Talent roles.
