Colleague Experience Manager

to shape and deliver initiatives that enhance performance, development, and culture -- ensuring our colleagues remains at the heart of everything we do.


What does it mean to be an Anchor Colleague Experience Manager?




Consultation & Strategic Advisory:

You'll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, offering clear guidance and support to help them confidently manage performance, compliance, capability, change, and development.

Organisational Development & Assessment:

Lead reviews to identify development needs that align with business goals and workforce planning. You'll also support workforce strategy by strengthening talent pipelines and oversee the full learning journey--from planning through to delivery and feedback.

Learning Delivery & Design:

You'll design and deliver learning frameworks that align with our priorities, creating targeted learning initiatives to close gaps in capability, performance, and culture. You will play a key role in supporting colleague growth by leading leadership development programmes.

Performance & Culture:

Manage how learning programs are working and track performance metrics, using data and insights to show real value to both colleagues and customers - ensuring performance is transparent, measurable, and continuously improving.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

You'll analyse data to identify trends and opportunities, creating clear, insightful reports that help drive smarter decisions and ongoing improvements across Anchor.

You enjoy working across teams and with external partners, leading with clarity and confidence.

Coaching Champion:

You have proven coaching and mentoring skills, ideally with a Level 5 coaching qualification, and hold CIPD level 5 of equivalent experience in HR, L&D, OD, or Talent roles.
