As a Store Colleague, you'll be at the heart of delivering an outstanding customer experience. Working closely with the store management team, you'll help drive sales and identify opportunities to exceed customer expectations, ensuring every interaction is positive and engaging.

Delivering excellent customer service whilst exceeding our customers' expectations Demonstrate your product knowledge to customers and be confident in approaching customers that may require assistance if you are on the shop floor Operating the till and accurately handling cash, credit/debit cards and gift cards transactions Carrying out stock replenishment, ensuring all areas of the store remain tidy Be involved with our visual merchandising to ensuring the store is well presented and inspiring to our customer
Retail experience preferred but not essential Must be passionate about customers and providing exceptional customer service An enthusiastic team member with a positive and proactive attitude An active interest in all things craft and a desire to inspire others Ability to learn and share expertise of products to fit customer's needs Confident and clear communication skills Must be flexible in order to accommodate the business trading needs
