• Manage a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely payment collections and resolve outstanding balances.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address payment issues and negotiate repayment plans where necessary.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collections activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex account discrepancies.
• Prepare regular reports on collection status and account performance for management review.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations during all interactions.

A successful Collections Account Manager should have:
