RecoverAble Solutions is a unique and bespoke debt collection service. We offer to review our clients current processes for free, making recommendations based on years of experience and clients can choose to utilise our debt recovery service on a 'no collection, no commission' basis at 15%. We also offer a whole selection of debt recovery related services. We pride ourselves on being honest and transparent with clients to keep relationships and maximise collections.

Role Overview

As a Senior Account Manager, you will lead and manage key client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery while identifying opportunities to grow accounts and improve client outcomes. You will work cross-functionally with our Sales, finance, admin and compliance teams to drive collections, revenue and maintain client satisfaction.

Essential Skills & Experience

Minimum 5 years' experience in account management, preferably in financial services, debt recovery, or related sectors. Proven track record of managing high-value client accounts and delivering strong commercial results. Strong understanding of UK financial regulations and data protection laws. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to resolve issues and influence outcomes. Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Desirable Qualifications

Experience working in a regulated environment (FCA or public sector contracts). Familiarity with CRM systems and data reporting tools.
