A new opportunity has arisen in our growing call centre operation here with Stirling Park LLP for Customer Service Collections Agents / Advisors.
Handling inbound and outbound calls, you will be responsible for professionally negotiating payment arrangements and settlements on behalf of our clients. You will also manage your own portfolio of accounts, making appropriate recovery and legal action decisions where appropriate.
Contract Hours: 37.5 hours per week - Permanent Full Time Position (Shift Rota will apply)
Location: Kilmarnock Town Centre (Potential for future home working)
What you'll be doing:
Help customers arrange repayments via inbound and outbound calls.
Treat customers fairly, consistently and with empathy whilst also negotiating acceptable re-payment terms for outstanding debts.
Autonomously manage your own accounts and recovery whilst working towards achieving a personal bonus.
Your experience will include:
Excellent call handling skills
To be quick and effective at building trust and relationships.
The ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
To be comfortable working towards targets and KPI's.
A good knowledge and understanding of GDPR.
A determined and positive attitude with good work ethics
Training:
Expected to last approximately 6 weeks and you will have a designated trainer with you at all times.
No classroom training however each element of your role will be covered in depth whilst handling inbound calls and feedback on your progress provided on a regular basis.
