We are a local family-run business specialising in supplying behind the bar essential equipment and amusement machines to pubs and clubs across the midlands.
We are seeking a dedicated Collector/Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, you will be providing a collections service, while also promoting our products and services. You will be visiting the customers for face-to-face interaction. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our reputation for quality and customer satisfaction. Initially we require approximately 16 hours per week, which can be negotiable around school hours.
Responsibilities
Driving to visit customers on a 4-week rota basis
Keeping accurate paperwork and banking records
Be responsible for cash and master keys
Provide accurate information about our machines
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and ensure their satisfaction with our products.
Upsell additional products or services based on customer needs
Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints or concerns.
Requirements
Strong communications skills
Excellent etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
Be an honest, responsible, reliable, organised and confident person
An adaptable approach to change
You will need your own car, for which you will be compensated
