We are seeking a skilled and personable College Administrator for our Study Centre located in Oxford city centre. As the first point of contact for students, staff, and visitors, the College Administrator plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Maintain a tidy and organised reception area.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, processing paperwork, and data entry.
- Assist with event coordination and logistical support.
- Handle student and staff enquiries and provide information about the college's services.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications:
- A-Level or equivalent; additional education or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience in education setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
