Are you a creative digital professional with a passion for creating compelling digital content?

Aston University is seeking a Digital Content Officer to join our dynamic Marketing team, supporting the College of Engineering and Physical Sciences in a maternity cover role. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in developing and managing digital content that drives student recruitment and enhances our online presence.

In this role, you'll collaborate with marketing, admissions and academic colleagues to ensure our course pages and campaign content are engaging, accurate and optimised for conversion. You'll take the lead in creating web, video and social content, plan and deliver targeted campaigns, and support wider university initiatives with your digital expertise.

We're looking for a digital all rounder; someone who has experience of shooting and editing video for socials, the ability to take a good photo and a proactive, audience-focused approach. You should also be a strong copywriter, ideally who has experience of using a content management system.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience at a forward-thinking university that's inclusive, entrepreneurial and transformational.

Anonymous shortlisting will be carried out for this role as part of Aston University's commitment to equality and diversity and ensuring a fair and consistent approach to recruitment. CVs will not be considered as part of the shortlisting process.
