About the Role

As a Learning Support Worker, you will:

Support young people to access the InFocus further education curriculum, designed to help them gain independence and life skills. Provide highly personalised support, responding to each individual's needs, wishes, and aspirations. Assist with personal care and medical needs while ensuring dignity and respect. Work as part of a close-knit college team alongside therapists, nurses, and mobility specialists.
We provide a comprehensive induction and training programme to ensure you feel confident in your role from day one.

Working Pattern

Our College Rota C working 08.45-16.30 Monday to Friday, totaling 36.25 hours per week, 38 weeks per year.
