College Services Assistant
, where you'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our administrative and student support functions. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and make a real difference in the day-to-day life of the College.
In this role, you will:
Provide efficient and professional administrative support as part of the College Services team
Assist with processing student
applications, enrolments, and examinations
using corporate data systems
Respond to
student, staff, and visitor enquiries
with a friendly and helpful approach
Support the operation of the
Service Help Desk
, reviewing logged jobs and ensuring timely responses
Liaise with relevant
support service teams
to ensure issues are resolved effectively
Maintain accurate records and contribute to the smooth running of college operations
Hours per week: 30

About You
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and organised
College Services Assistant
to join our friendly and dedicated team. Based at the heart of the College, this role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a real impact on the daily running of college life.
In this role, you will:
Work in a
busy open-office environment
, balancing administrative tasks with answering calls and handling queries from students, staff, and visitors
Provide
excellent customer service
to all internal and external stakeholders
Support the processing of
curriculum and short course applications
for the upcoming academic year
Assist with key college operations including
reception duties, administration, timetabling, enrolment, student records, and examinations
Maintain
accuracy and attention to detail
, particularly when working to tight deadlines
Collaborate with colleagues across the College to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery
