Job Description
The is attached. Managing patient care with in-depth knowledge of stoma care. This includes Education. Participating in out patient clinics.
Also participation in research and audit. The role will be across the UHLG. This includes working across the sites. NMC registration.
Working with policy and policy and procedure. Be aware and participate in nursing forums and hared governance initiatives. Participating in out patient clinics Communicating complex and sensitive information. Working alongside the MDT to manage patient care and develop the service.
Participate in managing change. Responsible for personal development
