Comis Chef
Job Description
Due to expansion We require a commis chef to help assist in our busy commercial kitchen.
Previous experience working in a fast paced commercial catering kitchen environment is desirable. A good awareness of allergens is required. Care home or Nursery cooking or School dinners would be an advantage.
Shift pattern for this role is 7.00-2.00pm
Monday to Friday.
No weekends.
Duties will include
Preparation of specific allergen meals
Assisting kitchen porter with cleaning duties
Providing assistance to prep cooks and other kitchen staff, as needed.
Ensuring work spaces are always kept clean and tidy.
Assisting during food service.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 13.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
Rutherglen G73 2RA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
Catering: 3 years (required)
Work Location: In person
