Overview


Noble Group has created this new role to support our growing business and to provide focused management of our commercial insurance portfolio. Our commercial portfolio is predominantly Property Owners, SME and Micro SME with no specific specialisations.

Noble Group was founded in 2019 with the acquisition of Noble Marine, since then we have completed 11 further acquisitions and we continue to seek new opportunities to grow our business. As we acquire we invest heavily in IT, infrastructure, training and marketing to transform or enhance those businesses, the businesses we invest in making ours a fun and supportive environment for our people.

Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance clients as part of a small team based in Arundel, West Sussex the successful candidate will be joining us at an exciting time as we reshape our commercial business for the

Future. We have a strong presence in a number of specialist markets through our schemes businesses, we are aiming to leverage these relationships to create opportunities for our commercial team.

They will be identifying and exploring new business opportunities whilst looking after renewals and mid-term adjustments for our book of loyal customers to drive the best possible outcome for our clients.

Key Responsibilities



Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients, understanding their business needs and providing expert advice guidance on their insurance requirements. Policy Administration: Manage the end-to-end policy lifecycle, including new business, renewals, mid-term adjustments, and cancellations. This involves preparing and submitting accurate documentation, processing policy changes, and ensuring all deadlines are met. Market Negotiation: Liaise with insurers to negotiate policy terms, premiums, and coverage on behalf of clients. Claims Handling: Provide initial support and guidance to clients during the claims process, acting as a liaison between the client and the claims team or insurer.

Skills & Qualifications



Experience: Proven experience in a commercial insurance environment is essential. A background as an account handler, broker, or in a similar client-facing role is highly desirable. Knowledge: A solid understanding of various commercial insurance products (e.g., property, liability, motor fleet, professional indemnity) is required. Customer Service: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. The ability to manage client expectations and provide a high level of service. Technical Proficiency: Competence in using insurance broking systems and Microsoft Office applications. Compliance - Awareness and understanding of FCA rules governing general insurance brokers Professional Qualifications: Progress towards or holding professional qualifications such as Cert CII or Dip CII would be a significant advantage.

Pay: 35,000.00-37,000.00 per year
