We're delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a respected and growing insurance broker in Belfast, who is currently looking for an experienced

Account Manager

to join their Commercial team.


This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled insurance professional who enjoys managing client relationships, placing complex commercial risks, and delivering a high standard of service across a varied portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle the placement of a broad range of commercial insurance risks across the market


Provide expert advice and guidance to clients regarding their insurance requirements


Act as a key point of contact, liaising with insurer partners as required


Deliver a consistently high standard of client service, including timely handling of mid-term adjustments and customer queries


Manage individual client cases efficiently and accurately, ensuring all documentation is completed in line with regulatory standards


Maintain strict client confidentiality and adhere to all internal compliance procedures


Uphold company policies and regulatory obligations at all times

Skills & Experience Required:

Proven experience in an Account Handling role within the corporate or commercial insurance sector


Strong knowledge of a range of commercial insurance products and technical issues


Experience managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including complex and larger risks


Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across a variety of channels


Strong organisational and case management skills



CII qualification (or working towards) is preferred
