We're looking for a driven and commercially-minded individual to join our growing team at JRS Industrial Supplies as our

Commercial Accounts & Bid Delivery Lead

.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong background in B2B sales, account management and tender submissions, who enjoys building long-term client relationships and playing a key role in winning new business.

You'll take ownership of developing and managing high-value commercial accounts while leading the identification, preparation, and timely delivery of tender responses across both public and private sectors. Working closely with our Purchasing Lead and senior management, you'll ensure that proposals are commercially competitive, aligned with our supply chain, and clearly represent the strengths of JRS.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage relationships with key commercial clients Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities Lead the full tender process -- from identifying opportunities to coordinating bid submissions Collaborate with purchasing, operations, and management teams to ensure pricing and delivery models are competitive and achievable Maintain accurate records of pipeline activity, account status, and submission timelines

What We're Looking For:

Experience in B2B account management, commercial sales or tender delivery Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking Organised, proactive, and confident working both independently and within a team environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,208.00-70,000.00 per year
