To support our continued growth, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive

Commercial Administrator

to join our team. The successful candidate will provide vital support to the commercial team, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of administrative tasks. A key part of the role involves maintaining and updating information in our CRM system, Zoho, so confidence with digital systems and excellent attention to detail are essential.

Key Responsibilities:



Accurately input and maintain up-to-date information on the CRM system Support the commercial team with administrative tasks, including report preparation, data entry, and streamlining commercial documents Assist with contract administration, invoicing, and tracking commercial activities Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points Organise and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure documentation is accessible and well-structured Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Provide general administrative support across departments as required

What We're Looking For:



Minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths at grade C or above Previous experience in an administrative or commercial support role Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Zoho (training will be provided) Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Good communication skills and a proactive, can-do attitude Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
