Working in a fast paced environment for a specialist construction company you will be responsible for the following duties:
Provide Administration support to the Quantity Surveying and Operational Teams relating to commercial and contractual issues
Collating timesheets and labour invoices
Filing Purchase Orders
Liaison between Procurement and Accounts to support resolution of any invoicing/order queries
Checking payment certificates for subcontractors, ensure sufficient allowances within Sub-Contract orders for payments
When due and ensure that any overdue retention due to us is kept to a minimum.
Running cost reports and distributing to project teams
Data analysis and formatting
Filing new contracts
Prioritising work loads
Any other duties specified by the line manager
