Leci Holdings ltd is currently seeking a Commercial Administrator to join our team at our St. Johns wood Head office.
Your Responsibilities will include;
Managing, developing, and acquiring new clients.
Calling prospective clients to advise on the services we offer and requesting to be added to their Subcontractor database.
Creating and updating records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
Supporting the Commercial Team in filling out Questionnaires from Prospective Clients.
Keeping information, files, and communications efficiently structured and quickly updated.
Ordering stationery supplies and site materials.
Maintaining and updating Company Accreditations.
Requesting server access from IT for new starters and resolving any IT issues.
First point of contact for any Invitation to Tender or Tender queries.
Maintaining Invoice records both on the system and through hard copies.
The Candidate we are seeking will have the following attributes;
At least 3 years experience working in a Commercial Administrator role for a UK-based construction company

Working Hours will be 9.00am-17.00pm (Monday - Friday)
