We are seeking a skilled

Commercial & Agricultural Property Solicitor/Paralegal

to join our busy Property team. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial and rural property transactions, supporting a dynamic team in a collaborative and professional environment.

The Role

You will assist with a broad range of commercial and agricultural property matters, including:

Commercial property acquisitions and disposals Agricultural tenancies, farm sales, and related rural property matters Leases, landlord and tenant matters Due diligence and legal documentation preparation Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other professionals to progress matters efficiently

About You

Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. Strong knowledge of commercial and/or agricultural property law. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines. Strong communication and client care skills. A proactive, team-oriented approach.
Previous experience in rural/agricultural property matters is highly desirable but not essential.
