Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial analysis skills. This role involves analysing data to support strategic decision-making, working closely with key stakeholders - particularly in the analysis in relation to investments and business development activities.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives. Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Conduct detailed financial analysis and modelling for potential investment/CAPEX opportunities. - Evaluate the financial viability of new projects and provide recommendations to senior management. Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments and conversions, identifying areas for improvement Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic goals. Analyse financial performance and provide insights to drive business decisions. Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and report on strategic initiatives. Provide financial insights and support for business development activities.

Qualifications

Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proven experience in a Commercial Finance/FP&A role. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills. Advanced Excel skills, alongside proficiency in microsoft office package.
