Commercial Analyst

to join our dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our global commercial operations.

About the Role

As a Commercial Analyst, you will work closely with the Commercial Lead and other key stakeholders across the business. You'll be responsible for leading day-to-day commercial activities, supporting bid and tender processes, managing client onboarding, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with bid and tender preparation, including screening, Terms of Reference (TOR), and deliverables. Lead Expressions Of Interest (EOI), market surveys, and tender prequalification. Review contracts and agreements, identifying negotiation points and challenges. Manage vendor qualification, supplier registration, and due diligence. Maintain memberships and subscriptions. Support onboarding of new clients and update the Contracts Register. Prepare and update client rate cards and internal rate guides. Collaborate on Business Development event summaries and presentation materials. Provide commercial support to the sales team and other departments. Issue and maintain HSE statistics, forms, and documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Excellent administrative and technical skills. Ability to read and interpret instructions accurately.
