What you'll do:
Step into a high-impact role within our FP&A team, where you'll help shape the financial and commercial strategy across the GEIS EMEA region. This is more than just numbers -- it's about turning data into actionable insights that influence decisions, drive performance, and unlock growth.
As a trusted business partner to our commercial teams, you'll deliver sharp, forward-looking analytics that support strategic decision-making while ensuring adherence to core business processes. Your ability to build strong relationships across the region will be key to your success, as you collaborate with stakeholders to elevate commercial outcomes.
This role reports directly to the GEIS EMEA FP&A Commercial Lead and offers a unique opportunity to make your mark in a fast-paced, globally connected environment.

Responsibilities:
Working closely with the GEIS EMEA Commercial FP&A LEAD in all aspects of Group financial planning and forecasting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement and growth in the business such as opportunities to automate processes.
Prepare financial reports highlighting key insights and areas for improvement in conjunction with GEIS EMEA Commercial FP&A LEAD.
Development of key analysis models to help inform decision making and the implementation of new planning tools.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for optimization and growth alongside the GEIS EMEA Commercial FP&A LEAD.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
Assist Commercial FP&A Lead with production of ad hoc analysis, modelling and ongoing tracking of business performance.
Adopt a process improvement mindset, looking for ways to drive efficiency through automation and systems development, and share expertise across Finance.
Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, or CIMA part-qualified accountant
2+ years finance experience, preferably within annual planning/budgeting process, including experience consolidating inputs from multiple locations in multiple currencies.
Skills: Strong IT system orientation including advanced excel and modelling capabilities with exposure to implementation/configuration. Knowledge of SAP, Encore, Hyperion HFM/Essbase beneficial.
Strong communication and analytical skills, detail orientation, problem-solving skills and proven ability to multi-task while working within short time scales.
Ability to consolidate and present financial information in differing formats and to be able to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable conclusions.
