Job Description

The successful candidates will be responsible for analysing financial data, market trends to provide insights and recommendations that support the strategic decision-making process.

The role involves a combination of data analysis, reporting and communication with various departments to enhance the overall business performance and drive growth in a competitive market.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of analytics prowess, industry knowledge and strategic thinking and be able to excel in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive business success

Key Responsibilities:



Financial Analysis

Analyse sales data, profit margins and cost structures to identify trends and areas of improvement Daily stock allocation to all retail locations based on best sellers and capacities Provides weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to provide sales and buys feedback Prepare detailed financial reports and forecast to support budgeting and strategic planning

Brand Promotion

Behave as a Designer Exchange Ambassador, sustain and promote the culture of the brand internally and externally Ensure Designer Exchange Client experience are executed and consistent over time Lead by example conveying Designer Exchange's behaviours towards clients Familiarise yourself with your clients and prospects (quantitative and qualitative) to define action plans

Collaboration and Communication

Ensure that all the processes are compliant with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, HR guidelines Align oneself with the Company's 'Code of Conduct' and ensure the team follow this throughout and respect this way of working Managing risk assessments for new initiatives and monitoring existing projects. Working with training and operations to ensure smooth handover of new processes Collaborate with all internal departments with regard to all stock Makes recommendations for internal IT systems to improve workflow Assist with external buys and sales from third party vendors Provide ad hoc reports when required

Operational Efficiency

Assist with stock transfers: stock rotations, new store openings, marketing, photography and logistics Liaise with marketing department to ensure specific buying and selling opportunities Assist with setting capacities for all retail locations and updates yearly with Operations Create and update training guides on company hub Analyse and recommend improvements to operational processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity

Working Conditions

The role may require working evenings, weekends and holidays as per the store operating hours and needs of the business May require physical requirement include standing for extending periods and lifting/moving stock as necessary

Sustained successful experience in the luxury retail industry Inclusive leadership style and entrepreneurship High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty as well as product and fashion sensitivity Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire Precise, innovative, highly organised, adaptable, dynamic Highly available and responsive with a natural curiosity and proactiveness to redefine Excellent knowledge of G-Suite in particular Google Sheet
