Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Commercial Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting business decisions through data analysis and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of data management, business analysis, and project management methodologies. The Commercial Analyst will work closely with various departments to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.

Data Analysis:

Master the art of extracting, validating, and analysing large volumes of data with precision and accuracy. Transform complex data sets into meaningful insights, providing valuable information for strategic decision-making. Create comprehensive reports, summaries, and presentations, showcasing your analytical expertise and providing actionable recommendations for our valued customers.
Pricing Support:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to handle pricing and coding for new customer bids, ensuring accuracy and adherence to pricing strategies. Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer contract terms in alignment with our business plan objectives and customer-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Conduct pricing analysis to optimise profitability and support effective pricing strategies.
Administration:

Provide administrative support to the team, such as sending new user passwords, adding items to contract and sourcing new products. Maintain organised records and files, ensuring accessibility and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, correspondence, and other relevant documents. Collaborate with suppliers and maintain the supplier's product file, conducting necessary updates and supporting analysis.
