The Commercial Assistant's responsibilities include:
Responding to customers requests for returns and supply of spare parts
Liaising with our third-party warehouse to resolve order queries
Responding to customer queries via email and telephone.
New product uploads to our customer websites
Monitoring of prices and promotions
Ad-hoc administrative duties when required.
Essential skills/experience:
At least one year of commercial experience, with experience in customer service being an advantage.
Knowledge of e-Commerce.
Confident with Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook, Word and Excel).
Strong organisational skills.
Ability to prioritise a range of tasks.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Able to effectively communicate across various levels and across organisations.
Eloquent and well-mannered in both verbal and electronic communication.
Highly numerate and comfortable dealing with large sets of information while maintaining a sharp eye for detail.
Desirable skills/experience:
Familiar with social selling on a variety of media platforms.
Knowledge and awareness of drop shipping and vendor fulfilment.
Hours are flexible, Monday-Friday and are to be agreed.
