With a focus on the South Coast region, the main responsibilities of this are to:
Offer a sophisticated Commercial Banking service that caters to the unique needs of owner managed independent businesses, with an expected target client value of 3m to 20m (but not limited to this amount)
Develop and enhance relationships with both new to bank and existing HNW clients' owner managed independent businesses
Provide effective lending and deposit solutions to meet the needs of such clients, building a profitable and sustainable portfolio which contributes positively to both sides of the AL commercial balance sheet
Work professionally and proactively to represent the Bank both externally and internally
Work closely with Private Bankers to encourage internal networks for the referral of business
To place the interests of customers at the centre of all activities, act in a way that is consistent with achieving good outcomes for consumers and to comply with the FCA and PRA's Conduct Rules.
