Job Description

We are looking for an additional experienced commercial catering engineer to join our expanding team, working Monday to Friday with no evenings on call, one Saturday in four on call

Having been in the trade for 46 years we have a large variety of clients who expect great service, with such we want the best from our engineers and are happy to look after those who look after us

We work within a 50 mile radius of our offices in Melksham and are happy to look at anything within a commercial kitchen

Your responsibilities will be

Install, maintain, and repair commercial catering equipment using hand and power tools. Perform plumbing tasks to ensure proper water supply and drainage for kitchen appliances. Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to identify mechanical issues. Utilize welding skills for equipment modifications and repairs as needed. Adhere to safety standards while lifting heavy equipment and driving commercial vehicles. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and operations in catering environments.
We would like someone who has

Proficient in using hand and power tools for repairs and installations. Strong plumbing skills for catering equipment maintenance. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair commercial catering systems. Basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations. Experience in carpentry and assembly for custom installations. Ability to perform heavy lifting and commercial driving as needed.
