Commercial Catering Engineers Ltd is a specialist provider of installation, servicing, and repair solutions for commercial kitchen ventilation, warewashing catering equipment. We work with care homes, schools, restaurants, and hotels to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
Install, service, repair, and maintain commercial kitchen ventilation systems
Fit, troubleshoot, and repair warewashing and catering equipment (e.g., dishwashers, steamers, ovens)
Carry out planned preventative maintenance
Liaise directly with customers on-site (care homes, schools, hospitality venues)
Complete accurate job reports and service documentation
Adhere to Health & Safety standards and company procedures

Candidate Requirements
Full, clean UK driving licence (regular licence checks will be conducted)
Fluent in spoken and written English
Capable of maths GCSE grade C or equivalent
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Experience working with hand and power tools an advantage
Good communication and customer-service skills
Willingness to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends for emergency call?outs
Ability to work independently and manage your own time
Enhanced DBS or equivalent background check (company will facilitate)
