Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are presentable and welcoming. This role requires a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Experience in commercial cleaning is highly desirable.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces. Dust, mop, sweep, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitise surfaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene are met. Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and request replenishments as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards work. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving equipment and materials.

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
