We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various settings, ensuring that all areas are kept to the highest standards. This role is essential for creating a welcoming environment for both staff and visitors.

Duties

Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in designated areas. Ensure that restrooms are cleaned and stocked with necessary supplies. Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies. Clean windows, surfaces, and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel. Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

Previous experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not essential as training will be provided. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to follow instructions accurately. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary.
