JOB DESCRIPTION




Reporting to the Senior Key Account Manager, the Commercial Coordinator will support and work collaboratively across the total E-commerce team to provide day to day support and data analysis to drive business performance across the commercial channel. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to get varied experience across; D2C E-commerce trading and performance marketing and commercial experience across E-Retailers including Amazon, Boots, John Lewis, Very, Next etc.


The role will be a mixture of both operational and analytical duties as you will be required to dive deep into the data to ensure the highest level of performance for ghd.


Alongside the E-Commerce channel you will work closely with numerous other teams within ghd such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance, to enhance the ghd portfolio.


''UK and Ireland'' is the largest and most developed markets for ghd. It is a critical territory for the sustainability of the brand at a global level. Consequently, the Commercial Coordinator plays a key role in supporting in delivering, executing, and achieving the E-Commerce & Key Accounts objective which is to execute with excellence and lead best in class examples as a flagship market to deliver solid revenue sales.


Responsibilities

:

Supporting and nurturing current relationships with our Key Accounts. With opportunities to get hands on experience in building & executing JBPs. Supporting the Key Account team to deliver and executive plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness across all platforms. To include accurate completion of new line forms, promotional forms ,SDA checks etc. The role will also provide training to become a 'super user' across key E-commerce tools; such as Amazons Vendor Central, Similarweb, Market share platforms, Jungle Scout and Pricing tracking software. The Commercial coordinator will support the D2C team with the execution of content across ghdhair.com, including product launches, brand campaigns and promotional activity. Play a role in supporting the D2C team across various areas such as SEO, CRM, Paid Search & Social and conversion rate optimisation. A great opportunity to get training on GA4, google ad manager, Youtube, TikTok and Meta advertising. Research and digest market trends and consumer insights to support our ambitious growth plans. Support in the preparation for meetings including data analysis and market insights. Monitoring and analysing competitor activity and strategies regularly reporting back to senior management. Confidently Analysing and accurately recording of all data to ensure a true picture of performance is captured. To include maintaining a pricing tracking tool and reporting back trends. This also includes sitewalks and PDP checks.

Requirements:



Strong commercial acumen and the ability to spot trends and opportunities A people person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Previous experience exposure within a similar role Excel in data analysis, interpretation and reporting Confident with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Driven with a zealous, outgoing, and positive 'can do' attitude Good organisational and multi-tasking skills Passionate about beauty and hair obsessed Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively An eye for detail and accuracy Can demonstrate taking the initiative and ensure excellence is achieved Be mindful of inclusivity in all areas of work UK based with the ability to travel to UK/ROI without restrictions Actively live and breathe the ghd brand
