Valuedynamx helps financial institutions, loyalty programmes, and merchants drive revenue and engagement through a global loyalty-commerce network. Customers earn and spend rewards--including cashback, points, and eGifts--across relevant, targeted categories. Solutions include card-linked offers, eGift redemptions, and behavioural incentives.


Role Overview




The Commercial Director - Financial Services leads the commercial strategy for Valuedynamx's FS vertical. This role is responsible for revenue growth, client acquisition and retention, and strategic partnerships with banks, card issuers, and payment networks. The role requires strong alignment with internal teams--Retail Partnerships, Product, and Proposition Leads--and Collinson's wider commercial functions to deliver market-leading loyalty propositions.

Key Responsibilities:



Commercial Strategy:

Define and deliver the FS commercial plan in line with growth targets and market trends.

Client Management:

Build and manage relationships with key FS clients and partners. Lead commercial negotiations and long-term planning.

Revenue Growth:

Drive revenue and margin via pricing strategies and value-based propositions.

Cross-Functional Alignment:

Collaborate with Retail Partnerships and Product teams to shape merchant offers and roadmap priorities.

Innovation & Market Insight:

Monitor FS trends, loyalty, payments, and regulatory developments to identify new opportunities.

Leadership:

Lead and develop a high-performing commercial FS team across Business Development and Client Success.

Key Metrics:



Achievement of FS revenue, margin, and growth targets Strategic pipeline execution, especially across Tier 1 banks in the UK/EU Client satisfaction (NPS, retention, programme engagement) Measurable impact on product strategy and market approach Increased Valuedynamx visibility and competitive differentiation in FS loyalty

Experience & Skills required:



10+ years in FS or loyalty/rewards commercial roles, ideally with banks or FS providers Strong track record in building strategic partnerships and delivering growth Deep knowledge of loyalty ecosystems, card-linked offers, and customer engagement in FS Skilled in commercial modelling, negotiation, and senior stakeholder management Familiarity with global financial regulation and data privacy standards Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration ability
