Job Description

We are an Electrical and Mechanical contractor based in Stapleford, Essex. Our projects cover both London and the South east.

We are expanding our estimating team and seeking an experienced Commercial Estimator on a freelance/ad-hoc basis due to rapid growth within the company.

The role will involve tendering for commercial projects from 50K - 2 Million. You will be expected to oversee the tenders from start to finish, together with planning, organising and implementing an all pre-construction procedures.

Duties will include:

Preparing cost pricing and estimates for new contracts Maintaining client contact to maximise tender opportunities Obtain quotations at the maximum discount Establish bid strategies from earliest possible stage. Completion of fully considered tenders at settlement stage. Advise on finalisation matters of risk, qualification and margin.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical & Electrical or Commercial Estimator Beneficial to have relevant qualifications in Building Services
